Withdrawal/Refund
You have the right to return the entire order without being obliged to inform us the reason of the products ’refund, upon the deadline of 14 calendar days since the date you received them. In this case you are only being charged with the direct cost of postal of the products. In the case, where the reason of your return, concerns a company’s mistake, we are committed to cover the cost of postal, on one condition, that the return will be made with the ACS courier.

To apply the right of withdrawal, you have an obligation, to fill in and send the special “return form” which is available on the website www.vitamelia.gr. You must send the product in the same perfect condition in which you received it i.e. without its packaging being infringed and confirming that not one product had been used. In addition, you must include the receipt, together with the submission of the Declaration of withdrawal which is contained in the “return form”. The refund will be accepted only upon company’s approval. In case of passing the time limit of 14 calendar days we have no obligation to refund or change the products.

In case of refund and accordingly, considering the way you chose to pay your order and how you made their return, the refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date we received the products. If the cause for the return is a company’s mistake, VITAMELIA is bound to send again with a new courier, at its own expense, to the address you have specified upon your request. If the consumer wants the return his order without any existing mistake of the company then the shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer. Once the product leaves you, VITAMELIA will receive it within 1-2 business days for returns within Greece via ACS. If you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you are returning. After we receive your product, we will process your request immediately and we will inform you on how we will carry out the process. After the return of the product, and if it is approved by the Company, the customer is refunded in full amount or with the corresponding deposit in bank account, which has been noted on the return form, which must necessarily accompany the returned merchandise, or otherwise in accordance with the above. Our company is not obliged to return additional delivery costs if the consumer has expressly chosen another delivery method other than the cheaper standard that we offer.

In food supplements changes/refunds are not accepted because they are products which expire and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and consumer protection.
We would like to point out that in case that the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be send back to the consumer with his responsibility to cover the charges.

Replace/Change
The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement in case the product is defective. If the consumer wants to change the product, he is obliged to follow one of the following ways:
1. To make his return to the company and make a new order. In this case, the return costs shall be borne by the consumer.
2. To make the change in the company’s store in Greece and in Cyprus, without any charge.

If the reason for the returning is due to a company’s mistake return costs shall be borne by the latter. After the return of the product, the customer is refunded in full amount with the corresponding deposit in his bank account, which has been provided on the return form which must necessarily accompany the returned merchandise.

The Right To Cancel An Order
Our customers are entitled to make an order cancellation, under very specific conditions below:
1. In case that the online ordering (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the operation by pressing the back button on your browser.
2. If case you have completed the online ordering (checkout), please contact a representative of our company in order to inform you further about the process that should be followed. Your order can be cancelled only in case that has not already been processed by the company.
The right of cancellation of the order does not exist in addition to the above cases.

Incorrect Or Defective Products
In case the product you received is not the same as the product you ordered, or if the product you received is faulty, you should contact us either via email or by phone and after the approval of return complete the “return form” and make the shipment of the order. Of course in this case you should have not opened and used the product, so that we can replace it for you. The return costs or the replacement of the products weigh the consumer except in case of incorrect or defective product, where the expenses are borne by the company.

Risk Of Loss Or Damage
The risk of damage or loss of the product until being received by the consumer or a third party, is borne by the dealer, unless the carrier has leaned from the consumer. From the moment that the physical possession of the products are in the hands of the consumer, is borne by the consumer.

Delivery Of Products
In case you do not receive your order within the designated days as reported in “Orders & payment”, It will be defined a new delivery date of order.

All products which are returned to VITAMELIA are subjected to meticulous quality control.
We would like to point out that if the items in your order have been opened or used and do not meet the necessary conditions, will be returned to the consumer with his responsibility to cover the charges.
